Quats at dispenser inconsistent. System may need to prime a few minutes prior to filling sinks etc. with sanitizer. Residual did reach 200 ppm. Discussed sanitizer impregnated cloths and the concept of a sani-bucket (red colour). I think a good idea for this location where the quats main feed is not consistent. Operating permit is missing. Hand delivered the decal for 2019/20 (failed delivery). Must have operating permit posted in a place visible to the public. discussed with operator process to request replacement permit. No other issues noted.
