Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Noted a box of raw chicken being defrosted at the room temperature. The top surface of the chicken was @ 10oC.
Corrective Action(s): Note that room temperature thawing is not acceptable practice. Ensure thawing any frozen perishable items under 4oC at all time.
