Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Donair units observed to be off. Donair cones (2) not in rotation at start of inspection. Surface temperature approximately 40 degrees C. It was stated that units were "just turned off."
Corrective Action(s): Units turned on and cones observed to be in rotation. Ensure hot potentially hazardous foods are held at 60 degrees C or more and are cooked or reheated to an internal temperature of 74 degrees C or more in order to control / kill potential pathogens. Reminder: Ensure internal food temperature reaches at least 74 degrees C during the secondary cook step.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Front hand washing station lacked liquid hand soap at time of inspection.
Rear hand washing station obstructed.
Corrective Action(s): Liquid soap provided for front hand washing station.
Obstructing items removed from rear hand washing station basin.
Ensure all designated hand washing stations are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels at all times in order to facilitate proper hand washing.

Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-BLBVWN.
Fly population appears to be reduced from levels noted at previous inspection.
Areas noted on the previous routine inspection report have not been cleaned, with the exception of floors/walls.
It was stated that ventilation canopy is scheduled for professional cleaning next week. Reminder: Ventilation canopy exterior surfaces, including removable baffles, must be cleaned on a regular basis as needed between professional service appointments.
Shelving noted on previous report has not been sealed; ensure this is completed before March 30, 2020. Refer to previous routine inspection report for requirements.
One chemical spray bottle that was unlabeled was labeled during the inspection.
Correction ORDER that was issued during the previous inspection has not been rescinded. Refer to correction ORDER for requirements to be met and deadline(s).
