Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dried on food soil noted on the lid of a condiment squeeze bottle and the tray holding the clean utensils in the dishwashing area.
Corrective Action(s): **Issue corrected at the time of inspection** Manager took the soiled tray holding all the cleaned utensils for rewashing. Please have staff in charge of dishwashing duty do a visual inspection on all cleaned food contact items after washing to ensure they are completely cleaned and sanitized prior to storing away.

Observation: About 3 live ants were noted beside the ice machine.
Corrective Action(s): As per Manager, their external pest control company is aware of their ant issue. Pest control company was at the facility yesterday and did not notice any ant activities. Please contact your pest control company and let them know that live ants were sighted during today's inspection and work with them to resolve issue.

Observation: The following areas were noted with debris and buildup:
- Beside the ice machine.
- Floor below the dry storage rack beside the emergency back door.
- Dust buildup noted in the corral holding the cups along the sandwich prep line.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the abovementioned areas and maintain in a sanitary condition at all time.

Observation: Leaking noted on the faucet of the handwash sink by the mobile pickup station.
Corrective Action(s): As per Manager, she is aware of issue and is awaiting for a plumber to fix the leaking faucet.

Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash stations, including washrooms, accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigerator units were at 4C or below.
All freezer units were at -18C or below.
All food stored protected and off the floor.
Food in the hot hold units were held at over 60C.
200 PPM QUAT detected in the sanitizer containers throughout the preparation area.
High temperature dish machine was able to reach 77.4C at the plate level during the rinse cycle.
Manager's FOODSAFE level 1 equivalent certificate verified (exp. March 3, 2025) - Manager was onsite at the time of inspection.
