205 - Cold potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above 4 °C. [s. 14(2)] Observation: - Back storage cooler storing eggs & milk measured at 7.5C minimum. Staff adjusted the temperature gauge to lower the temperature down at the time of inspection. Corrective Action(s): - Ensure the eggs and milk are maintained at the temperature of 4C or below. Keep monitoring the temperature and transfer the items to a working cooler if the temperature is not brought down to 4C or below within half an hour. Equip a working thermometer inside the cooler for monitoring. A gap is observed in the left door top part; this might be contributing to the temperature rise - repair the door. Violation Score: 5
