Thorough cleaning has been done in the following areas: 1) Underneath the cooking equipment 2) The ventilation hood --- very clean 3) behind the chest freezer 4) throughout dry storage area Organization of kitchen is also greatly improved, all foods are stored off the floor and boxes/items that were not being used have been discarded Thank you for the corrections.
