Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): * Cooked rice found in warmer that was left overnight and not kept at proper temperature. Rice can be stored in cooler at 4'C/40'F or colder after cooking done. Also, cooked rice can be hot-held in warmer unit at 60'C/140'F or hotter right after cooking but not left out at room temperature over night as this is unsafe practise. This rice was discarded
