Follow up inspection:
The prep. cooler near the entrance of the kitchen was measured between 5.1 degrees C to 6 degrees C (mostly near 5.6 degrees C) on the left and right side. The temperature was checked in the morning before the lunch rush and before opening/closing the cooler.
Potentially hazardous food was not stored inside this cooler at the time of inspection.
The operator mentioned that they would call a technician to re-service the unit to maintain an ambient temperature at or below 4 degrees C / 40 degrees F.
Bleach water (chlorine sanitizer) was at 100 ppm in the bucket with wiping cloths.

The following is to be done:
1. Do not store any potentially hazardous food (e.g. alfalfa sprouts) in the prep. cooler until it is maintained at or below 4 degrees C / 40 degrees F.
2. Contact the area E.H.O. next week once the cooler is maintained at or below 4 degrees C / 40 degrees F.
