Follow up inspection.

Corrected items:

The kitchen prep cooler has been repaired and was at 4 C. Ensure that it is checked daily. Temperature record sheet is posted next to the cooler.
MIscellaneous items have been removed from the storage room.
Droppings have been cleaned in the storage room and pest entry points have been sealed with steel wool.
Pest control has been onsite. Send the pest control report to Fraser Health.
The area behind the cook line has been cleaned. Further cleaning required to remove grease buildup.
