Observation: Equipment/implements are not being properly washed after use. Wiping cloth storage reviewed.
Correction: Ensure all food contact surfaces are washed and sanitized after use. All items are to be stored in a sanitary manner. (ie: upper shelves) Wiping cloths are required to be stored in a sanitizer at all times. Limit the amount of cloths being used

Reinspection based on previous inspection report.
- All food contact surfaces are required to be washed and disinfected after use and nightly! All items are required to be stored in a sanitary manner. Wiping cloths must be stored in a sanitizer at all times. - Use 100ppm bleach - 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of 5% unscented bleach in 4.5 litres (1 gallon) of water.
- Change sanitizing solutions in sinks and buckets every couple of hours
- Change sanitizing solutions in bottles daily
- Use test strips to measure the concentration of sanitizer.
- Food Storage: Improved. Ensure all food/ingredients are stored in covered, food grade containers.
- Sanitation: Improved. Facility is required to be kept clean and organized at all times. All items are to be stored in designated areas. Cleaning schedules (ie: Daily/weekly/monthly) must be followed!
- Structurally: Improvements have been noted. (flooring) Ongoing efforts are required to keep all surfaces in good repair. Replace damaged items - shelving/walls, etc.
