Comments

Dishwasher still has not been fixed. This issue has been repeating since the inspection that took place 2023 Jan 20. Staff has explained that they are looking into replacing the dishwasher. Correction Order issued. Repair OR replace the dishwasher unit to ensure the dishwasher can properly sanitize dishwares and utensils. Food safety training documents were reviewed again and the certificates are accepted as Foodsafe level 1 equivalent.
