General:
- other handwashing station stocked with soap, paper towel and hot and cold running water
- sanitizer measured 100ppm chlorine in wiping rag bucket and 200ppm quats from dispenser (ensure temperature of hot water for quat dispenser is within manufacturer's parameters
- three compartment sink not set up at the time of inspection
- ice machine sanitary

Temperatures:
- coolers measured 4C or colder except front milk/cream dispenser (see violation above)
- freezers measured -18C or colder
- hot held foods measured 60C or hotter
- all other foods time stamped
