Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Glasswasher chlorine concentration was measured to be 10 ppm. After the sanitizer was primed, the chlorine concentration was measured to be 50 ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure testing of the glasswasher is done regularly to ensure that chlorine concentration is adequate (50 ppm).

- Low temperature dishwasher is in use. Chlorine concentration was measured to be 50 ppm at the plate level during the final rinse.
- Glasswasher is in use. Chlorine concentration was measured to be 50 ppm after prime.
- Quat sanitizer is available in buckets with wiping cloths (200 ppm)
- Dry storage is well-maintained. Bulk food scoops are stored in a sanitary manner.
