Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer dispenser had air bubble in the line. Sanitizer reading below 200 ppm (~100 ppm).
Corrective Action(s): Sanitizer dispenser to be flushed prior to using and check chemical concentration with test trip.

Corrective Action(s): reminder to staff to not leave ice scoop inside ice well.

Observation: Mice sightings by patrons and mice droppings still found by operators/pest control.
Pest control monitoring and baiting on going as well as covering any entry points for pest.
Corrective Action(s): Continue cleaning areas where mice droppings are found and sealing entry points.
Also, discuss with your pest control company other methods to eradicate mice that have established inside the premises.

mechanical dishwasher final rinse temp reached 74 deg C
quat sanitizer used in kitchen and hydrogen peroxide used in dining room area
glass ware washer had iodine residual and chemical test kit available
-service glass ware washer and new test kit required as previous one has expired
general sanitation satisfactory - it is important to keep level of sanitation high to assist in addressing pest issue.
