Code 301 noted on Routine inspection # JGUU-C6VUUF of Sep-15-2021 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: Upper compartment of the ice machine has accumulation of mould and mildew-like deposits. Kitchen staffs started to discard ice and started cleaning procedure at this time. Correction: Clean and sanitize the ice machine in accordance with manufactuerer's direction. Correct this by: September 17, 2021

Follow up inspection conducted: Reviewed the latest pest control report. Ice machine is in sanitary condition. General sanitation improvement was noted. Staff with FoodSafe Level 1 was on site. Please ensure someone with FoodSafe Level 1 certificate or its equivalence on site when food is handled. Signature was not collected due to COVID 19. Report to be emailed to the operator.
