Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
1) Inserts on counter top nearest the wall were on a bed of solid ice; items measured approximately 7-8C.
2) Inserts in vegetable drawer measured 8C.
Corrective Action(s):
1) Use an ice water mix to ensure that the inserts are completely surrounded (not just the bottom) and that all the food is at 4C or colder.
2) Rails in vegetable cooler appear to have turned the temperature dial in the back of the unit. Adjust.
