Corrective Action(s): Current pest proofing is only temporary as mice can chew through material. Install wood strip or door sweep on bottom of gate on the outside surface to not interfere with opening and closing of gate. Violation Score: 3

Comments

All food items stored off the floor and away from chemical products. Wheat grass spatula stored in clean, dry container. Ensure it is cleaned and sanitized every 4 hours. Kale stored in food grade container. Wiping rags stored in 200 ppm Quaternary Ammonia sanitizer. Do not further dilute sanitizer solution with water from dispenser unit. Required premise sanitation has been restored. Ensure cleaning is conducted daily to maintain premise sanitation and discourage pest activity. Storage room has been re-organized for safe storage of food and allow for regular cleaning.
