-200 ppm bleach sanitizer in use
-Dishwasher final rinse at 74.6 deg. C at the plate per min/max thermometer
-one small kitchen fume hood over cooking units
-Food contact surfaces are adequate for for service.
-Premise is sanitary and free of pests
-Equipment in good working order:
Fridge # 1 3 deg. C, #2 -21 deg. C
sandwich cooler 3 deg. C, Pop cooler 4 deg. C
2 toaster ovens, 2 rice cookers
1 coffee maker
2 microwaves, 1 compact Air frier
2, 3 compartment hot holding
Temperature monitors in use
-Service is take out and single use items only
-Approval for operation to be issued for June 3, 2019 by Fraser Health once application form and required legal documents are submitted to EHO for approval.
