Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One of two coolers from noted in the routine inspection on 19th was repaired but the other one still being measured to be at 8.9-13 C when measured with probe thermometer. Thermometer inside the cooler also measuring ~12 C
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to remove all items from the cooler. Cooler can be used to store food in the inserts during busy times ONLY. Rotation of this items must be less than 2 hours. If not used within 2 hours, all foods in the inserts must be discarded. If less than 2 hours, foods can be transferred to a working cooler (2 hours accumulative).

Observation: Pool of grease accumulation is cleaned up under the oven but still quite a bit of food and grease debris accumulation under grills and fryers

Observation: One of the cooler is noted in the routine inspection report on 19th still not in good woorking order.
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to call for repair immediately to ensure that the cooler can keep foods at 4 C or lower at all times.

-Ice machine have been cleaned up
-Partial cleaning done in the kitchen but still needs attention in different areas

Outstanding violations:
-One of the coolers requires repair; all items have been removed during the inspection
-Cleaning must be done throughout the facility; more attention required under cooking equipment
