Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean and sanitize kitchen - floors, cabinets, cubbies, walls, light-fixtures, ceiling, etc.
Clean and paint shelves/cupboards in disrepair (or replace)
Repair flooring where holes observed or is coming up
Remove all duct tape, find a suitable alternative (at hand sink, ice cream cooler, freezer, corner of counter, etc.)
