Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing sink next to the dishwasher was obstructed by storing hand held blender in the sink's basin. The item was removed at this time.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed a bucket of lentil in water stored under the hand sink's P-trap. Bucket of lentil was discarded at this time. Do not store any foods under the sinks. Waste water from plumbing can leak and contaminate foods stored underneath.

Observation: The pizza prep cooler was measured at 8 degrees C. No foods were stored in the cooler. The cooler was serviced this morning.
Corrective Action(s): The pizza prep cooler is to be serviced so that it can keep foods at or below 4 degrees C at all time. Correct this by: Sept 14, 2021

Follow up inspection conducted in response to routine inspection (report # JCHY-C6DQVH):
General sanitation improvement noticed at chest freezer, dry storage racks and behind the cook line.
Chlorine sanitizer measured at 200 ppm as per test strips.
Do not store any foods in the pizza prep cooler until the temperature is verified by your health inspector.

Follow up inspection is scheduled for September 14, 2021. Signature was not collected due to COVID 19. Inspection report emailed to the operator.
