An unscheduled follow up to the routine inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DLSOP).
Evidence for this report was based on the Licensing Officer’s observations, review of the facility records and information provided by the facility staff at the time of inspection.
The following previously identified violations were now found to be in compliance:
10060-CCLR 11(3) Advertising relates to the programs being offered.
11160-CCLR 16(3) No hazards noted outside
12090-CCLR 19(1)(f) Immunization record is complete for staff.
19070-CCLR 57(2)(a) Random sample of 4 registration records for children were reviewed and all were complete.
19100-CCLR 57(2)(d) Fifteen emergency consent cards were reviewed and all were complete with care card numbers.
At time of Licensing Officer's arrival the Preschool children were just leaving, and Group Child Care (under 36 mos) had just come inside from outdoor play. The children were observed having lunch in each program and staff maintained supervision of the children while eating.
No hazards were noted inside or outside.
