Observation: Ceiling tiles moved. work being done on electrical.

Observation: Some spray bottles containing sanitizer and cleaners have no labels.
Corrective Action(s): Label all containers used for storing chemicals in the kitchen area.

Comments

Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
Sanitizer used is labeled as cleaner/sanitizer. Quats strips does not work.
- Information for this chemical to be sent to the district inspector.
Walk-in cooler was at 1-2 deg C.
Walk-in freezer was at -18 deg C.
Prep line coolers at 3-4 deg .
Prep line freezer at 16-18 deg C.
Hot holding for soup was at 60 deg C.
Temperature log was not up to date.
- ensure temperature is checked daily and recorded in the temp log
Low temp dishwasher had 100 ppm chlorine residual. Test strip available.
Pest control monitoring in place (monthly check).
General sanitation was satisfactory. Pay attention to some areas that require more cleaning.
