Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: Two metal ladels used for cooking were stored between pipe and wall. Repeat.
Correction: Do not store food equipment or utensils between pipe and wall. Obtain proper knife storage block/container or install metal strips as discussed.

Walk-in cooler storage adequate.
No food being cooled at time of inspection. Please obtain the ice wand asap to cool down liquids quickly.
Bleach sanitizer is at 100ppm after adjustment, ensure to mix solution before testing or there will be a false reading.
Handsink across wok station is fully equipped.
No food equipment/utensils being stored between pipe and wall.
Discussed extensively regarding food storage at room temperature. Owner explains that food turnover rate is half hour.
However, all unused food must be discarded after lunch rush hour.
Owner informed that spring rolls, chicken balls and chicken wings shall be time tracked with label to indicate discard time since alternatives to store these food items will make them soggy.
This systems shall be monitored, if this does not work these items shall be cooked to order.
