Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted: Walk-in cooler at 3C. Walk-in freezer at -12C. Under-counter prep coolers at 4C. 3-compartment sink was setup and in use. Sanitizing compartment was filled with a 100ppm chlorine solution. No pest activity noted Food items properly covered. Different spatula now use to handle raw meat and cooked meat products. Wooden handle spatulas are designated to handle raw meat and used for cooking purposes. Plastic handle spatulas are designated to handle fully cooked foods. Hand washing stations satisfactory.
