Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One spray bottle and bucket of sanitizer measured at approximately 50 ppm quats.
Corrective Action(s): Spray bottle and bucket refilled at dispenser and tested at 200 ppm quats. Ensure sanitizer is maintained at concentrations required for effective sanitizing of food contact surfaces (e.g. 200 ppm quats).

401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Both designated hand washing stations were observed to be obstructed. The front area hand sink was obstructed by a container of quats sanitizer located within the sink basin, and the back area hand sink was obstructed by two large bottles/containers within the sink basin.
Corrective Action(s): Above-noted items removed. Ensure hand sinks remain accessible at all times to facilitate hand washing. Do not store any items within or in front of the hand sinks.

Routine inspection conducted:

- Left preparation cooler measured 4 degrees C (below) and 2 degrees C (above)
- Right preparation cooler measured 4 degrees C (above and below)
- Walk in cooler at 3 degrees C
- Open beverage and dessert cooler at 4 degrees C
- Walk in freezer at -19 degrees C
- Thermometers in place for cold holding units
- Hot holding internal food temperatures at 60 degrees C or more
- A probe thermometer is available on site for internal temperature checks
- Hand washing stations (front and back) are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
- Three compartment ware washing sink is set up with 200 ppm quats available in third compartment. Three sink plugs available.
- Equipment and utensils are stored in sanitary condition
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
- Daily temperature records maintained
- FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection. Certificate valid to September 24, 2020.
