- Observation : air dryer installed inside staff washroom . Observation : no food being double stacked with out barrier in between . Observation : no mice droppings observed around back prep area - observation : cooler by till is 4C and below. Cooler by hand sink is only used for non pHF (like POP), cooler by handsink was SWAPPed to under the till .
