Observation: 1. Observed a large container of cooked diced potatoes at room temperature. Probed at 13.6C
2. Prep cooler observed at 6.9C as well as significant ice build-up
3. Walk-in cooler observed at 8.9C - 9.2C.
Correction: 1. Container of diced potatoes discarded at time of inspection. In the future, take out only a small portion that may be used up with 30 minutes, Rest ot product should be in a cooler at 4C or below.

2. All foods taken out of prep cooler at time of inspection and moved to another cooler at 4C or below

3. All foods taken out of walk-in and moved to other coolers maintaining 4C or below
