-Follow-up inspection to August 12, 2022. -Prep cooler has been cleaned and adjusted. Cooler was at 4C. Continue to monitor cooler and adjust/service as needed. -Ice machine was found to be clean and sanitary. Ensure the ice machine is cleaned and sanitized on a regular basis. -Scoops were stored in a sanitary manner at the time of inspection. -Bleach sanitizer spray bottle was labelled.
