Corrective Action(s): Dispose of the mice and redeploy mouse traps. Clean and disinfect floors underneath the prep cooler.

Observation: Built-up of debris underneath the prep cooler next to the expo line and underneath the dry storage racks in the dry storage area.

Routine Inspection conducted today.
COVID-19 assessment conducted. COVID-19 Safety Plan onsite and posted. Mask policy in place. Physical distancing decals and directional arrows in place. Sanitizer available for customer use. Signage posted at front door to advise people who display COVID-19 symptoms to not enter. Health screening of all employees before entering work documented. Patio dine-in only at this time. Occupancy limit posted at front entrance, washrooms, and office space.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs spray bottles and dispenser at 200ppm. Low-temperature dishwasher sanitizing at 50ppm chlorine.
All cold-holding units met health requirements.
All food stored 6 inches above the floor.
Ice-cream scoops are in a dipper well. Dipper well in good operations.
Overall, facility is well organized and maintained.
