Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No surface sanitizer available at the time of the inspection. Staff prepared surface sanitizer at 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration at the time of the inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Surface sanitizer must be available at all times to adequately clean and sanitize food contact surfaces.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sticky trap underneath the handwashing station soiled with pests (ie flies).
Corrective Action(s): Replace the sticky trap noted above Keep monitoring for pest activity on a daily basis and replace soiled one. Continue with professional pest control company.

Observation: Build up of grease on the ventilation hood/exhaust system. Next service date is overdue (stamped August 21, 2023).

- General sanitation is satisfactory.
- All handwashing stations (kitchen, bar) supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels in dispensers.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 79C at the plate's level during the final rinse cycle.
- Dry storage area in the basement has adequate space and wire racks.
- A professional pest control company inspects the premises on a monthly basis. Pest control summary reports (latest three) available and reviewed at the time of the inspection.
- FOODSAFE level 1 trained staff on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection.
- Operating Permit posted with a valid decal.
