Observation:
- Water dripping off from ceiling fan unit in walk-in cooler. Buckets were placed directly below to collect the water drips but drips observed on floor as well. Lighting in the walk-in cooler not functional.
Corrective Action(s):
- Repair the unit so there is no water drip and the light is functional. Do not store any food item directly below the ceiling fan unit. Wipe up the water on floor frequently so that there is no water collecting on the floor until the unit is repaird. Ensure there is no contamination of the stored food product from the dripping water.

Comments

- All handsinks with hot and cold running water, liquid soap in a dispenser and single use disposable paper towels.
- All coolers at 4C or below
- Walk-in freezer at -14 or below.
- Hot held food items at 60C or above.
- No signs of pest at the time of inspection.
- QUAT sanitizer in red buckets measured at 200ppm with test strips. Wiping cloths stored in the solution.
- Ice machine at the front was being repaired by a technician at the time of inspection.
- 3 compartment manual dishwashing method discussed with the manager. Follow wash, rinse, sanitize, air-dry order.
