General Comments: Hand washing station are supplied with hot and cold water, paper towel and liquid soap Temp of all coolers and freezers are satisfactory ( < 4 oC and < -18 oC 200ppm Quats is available in spray bottles and at the 2-compartment sink. At least one staff onsite had FS level 1 or equivalent certification General Sanitation is satisfactory at time of visit Good personal hygiene noted by staff No sign of pests noted at time of visit Time stamping for savory ambient holding products are checked - good ** Install a self closing device for staff washroom door ** ensure to renew FS training for staff and owner (expired) Please send a report re: addressing ** items no later then March 21-2024 via email to the area inspector
