Comments

All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. No evidence of pests. Quats sanitizer solution was at 200 ppm. Check daily. Bleach buckets were at 100 ppm. Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. General sanitation was satisfactory.
