-underneath equipment
-one dropping was found near the mixing bowl on the counter.
Corrective Action(s): Clean all droppings by Monday (Some are behind heavy equipment) and hire a pest control company.

Observation: The screen on the back door has a space that could allow for pests to enter the establishment.

All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Hot Held items were > 60 C.
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
Bleach solution was at 100 ppm.
Dishwasher final sanitizing cycle had 200 ppm chlorine at the plate level.
