- Dispenser attachment was found to be in disrepair
- Operator went and got replacement part during time of inspection
- Deficiency corrected during time of inspection

- Temperature logs kept and maintained
- Thermometer available for monitoring temperatures
- All handwashing stations equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels
- QUAT sanitizer solution available in spray bottle at 200ppm
- Test strips available for monitoring sanitizer concentrations
- Good labeling and food storage practices being employed by staff during time of inspection
- General sanitation of facility- OK
- Some fly activity detected during time of inspection, see above noted infraction
Note: Slight debris accumulation observed underneath sandwich prep cooler (beside condenser unit), ensure hard to reach areas are also maintained on a regular basis
Note: Slight liquid spillage observed on walls (wall board by syrup dispenser/ mop sink) ensure to maintain these areas on a regular basis as well
