The following requires attention: 1. Clean the beer walk in cooler and display cooler. 2. Install self closing hinges on the door. 3. Ensure the general glass door display cooler is functional and maintains temperature at or below 4 C. 4. Update food safety, sanitation plan and food plans. 5. Permit fee for the amount of $125.00.
