Health permit posted in a conspicuous location. Hand wash sink equipped with liquid soap and paper towels. Quats sanitizer measured 200 ppm (in spray bottle and in 3rd compartment sink). Temperature checks: -Walk-in cooler was at 1-2 deg C. -Deep freezer was at -17 deg C. -Upright freezer was at -20 deg C. -Pizza prep line cooler was at 4 deg C (top) and 2-3 deg C (bottom). -Hot-holding cabinet registered at 71 deg C. -Temperature log was well maintained. Observed no issues regarding pests (i.e. flies or rodents). Premises was clean and sanitary. Staff had clean uniform and hair restraint. Washroom provided with soap and paper towels and in clean condition.
