Observation: Scoops for dispensing dry products soiled.
Corrective Action(s): Premise has no provisions for cleaning the scoops. Operator to take soiled scoops to Sun Farm #9 11779 96th, Surrey location to be washed, rinsed, then sanitized in 100ppm chlorine for 2 minutes.

Observation: Dry product bins in the front area covers open. Scoops for dispensing the dry products left inside.
Corrective Action(s): As discussed in previous inspections ensure all dry product bins are kept closed and scoops stored outside in a sanitary manner at all times. Food must be protected from contamination. Correct immediately.

Observation: Mouse droppings observed in the back storage/receiving area.
Corrective Action(s): Discard ALL unecessary items then thoroughly clean the back storage/receiving area. Following this a thorough reorganization is required. All food products must be stored at least 6" off the floor. Correct by January 16, 2019.

Observation:
- Exterior back area with garbage and cardboard bins not maintained in a sanitary condition. Numerous empty boxes left on ground aroudn bins.
- Side door to premise left open.
Corrective Action(s):
- Discard all cardboard and any food debris/waste prompty and keep the bin lids closed. Correct by January 11, 2019.
- Keep side door to premise closed when in operation to prevent potential pest entry. Close door prompty after receving supplies. Correct immediately.
