- Handsinks in food prep/service area and in staff/public washroom supplied with liquid soap and paper towel
- Coolers operating at acceptable temperatures (4C or colder):
- Walk-in cooler 3C

- Reach in beverage cooler 4C
- Food stored in a manner to prevent contamination (ie. wrapped/covered)
- Freezers maintaining product in frozen state:
- Chest freezer -16C
- Danby upright freezer -15C
- Frigidaire upright freezer -19C
- Temperatures of coolers and freezers monitored daily and recorded.
- Time tracking in place for pizzas. Timer set for pizzas on display. Records present and appear complete.
- Bleach sanitizer solution present in spray bottles for sanitizing food contact surfaces/equipment. Concentration of solution in spray bottles measured 200ppm. *Label spray bottles to indicate contents
- Operator knowledgeable about manual warewashing procedures - wash, rinse, sanitize, air dry.
- Meat slicer appears clean/maintained
- No signs of pest activity noted. Pest control contract in place with Orkin for service every 3 months. Most recent report (Aug. 6/19) viewed at the time of the inspection.
- Operators hold valid Foodsafe level 1 certificates. Employee has also completed Foodsafe level 1. Copies of certificate present on-site for verification.
- Permit posted in location visible to public.
