Met with Manager on site, Kimberly, and we discussed the cleaning and sanitation procedure. Daily temp logs - are in place and up to date ( suggestion - obtain information from your regional manager and future compliance with a section 24 - sanitation plan that includes cleaning schedules and list of sanitizers and concentration eg. quat at 200ppm ). Daily monitoring is in place but just have this documented/recorded in your daily record book. Quat measured at 200ppm and it has been changed every hour from the red buckets . Test strips are available. Pest control -" Abell" conducted the last inspection on September 1, 2019 ( floor drain has been flushed for prevention reasons). Dirty aprons and dirty wiping clothes - are moved under the dishwashing sink area ( "dirty side " ) and they are stored in the separate containers.
