Routine inspection conducted at the food facility and the following observations were made during the inspection:

Temperature:
- Prep cooler at 4C.
- Pop cooler at 2C.
- Walk-in cooler at 4C.
- Rice hot-held at ~80C.
- 2 stand-up freezers noted at -11C and -25C (Regulatory temperature requirement for freezers is at least -18C or less).
** It is advised to maintain daily temperature logs for all the refrigeration units.

Hygiene and Sanitizing:
- Hand wash station was adequately stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels.
- Bleach solution used as sanitizer. Another QUATS based sanitizer was measured at 200ppm.
- 2 compartment sink is used for dishwashing. DO NOT MIX bleach and soap for sanitation.
- Washroom maintained in good sanitary condition.

Storage:
- All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor.
- All products were found either in original packaging or covered inside coolers.
- Storage area was well-organized.
- Chemicals and cleaners were stored separate from food preparation areas.
- One of the cabinet located in washroom was used for storing food containers.
** It is advised to relocate the cabinet to a different location.

Pest Management:
- Professional pest control company conducts routine checks.

Administrative:
- Operating permit was posted in a conspicuous location.
- Operator has valid FoodSafe Level 1 certificate.
