- Dividers installed in line cooler so that there is no air gap between cooling unit and inserts, foods measured 4C or colder at the time of inspection; chef stated that they were only half-filling the inserts as well
- UV light installed in back area for fruit flies
- Dipper well repaired and working
- Chef to pick up tube lights with plastic sleeve in the near future
