Corrective Action(s): Ensure that adequate handwash stations are available for staff. Install liquid soap dispenser and paper towel dispenser near the large dishwashing sink to be used staff for handwashing in the kitchen area. TO BE CORRECTED BY - Immediately Violation Score: 5
