Observation: Walk in cooler is 9 degrees C.
Correction: Repair or adjust so that foods are maintained at 4 degrees C. All foods are to be maintained at 4 degrees C. Bags of shredded cheese, guacamole, cut produce and any other potentially hazardous products are to be moved to other coolers or discarded if they have been maintained at above 4 degrees C for more than 4 hours.. Thawing meat must be moved to other cooler before it reaches danger zone temperature.
Comments

Repairman came and added refrigerant and cleaned dust off of compressor. Temperature of fridge is currently maintaining foods at 2-4 degrees Celsius.
