One of the kitchen ceiling lights replaced, the other waiting to be completed. Fly strip removed above dishwasher, please remove the full fly strip above back exit door. No fly activity detected in draft beer station and low activity in the dishpit area. *Continue to keep up sanitation and remove spills to prevent fly harbouarge. Mice droppings in the corner of office area not removed yet - please remove promptly. Ice scoop stored in separate container outside of ice machine in the back. Ice bin cleaned - remember to close the ice bin to prevent ice from being contaminated. Bleach sanitizer measured to be 0ppm chlorine - ensure to change solution more frequently and use test strip to verify 100ppm. Garbage bags not observed to cover food at time of inspection. Cooler door in front service area has been ordered and shall be replaced in 3 weeks. Alcohol warning signs posted in the washroom.
