Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer residual detected in sanitizer bottle (pink quats solution). Concentration also tested at dispenser and no sanitizer was detected here either. Water observed leaking from side of unit when attempting to dispense sanitizer.
Corrective Action(s): Repair dispensing unit to ensure a consistent 200ppm concentration. Peracetic acid sanitizer available from brewery production side, use this until dispenser fixed.
