Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing station faucet hot water handle has food debris and grease buildup. Operator cleaned and sanitized the hot water handle at the time of inspection.

- 3 compartment sink has sink plugs and is able to dispense 200 ppm QUATs
- Sanitizer spray bottle was labeled and has 200 ppm QUATs
- Grinding room at 7C, all equipment cleaned and sanitized at an adequate frequency
- Ice machine and ice scoop maintained in a sanitary manner
- Loading doors have screen doors installed
- No sign of pests
- General sanitation satisfactory
