Inspection report 257690 RE: Outstanding Permit Fee Met with Manager on site and hand delivered the " outstanding permit fee letter" He paid 150.00$/ cash Routine inspection: At least one person per shift have a FS lev 1 training 3 compartment sink - used for manual dishwashing Add bleach at the 3rd sink Use bleach for food contact surfaces Daily temp logs need to be available and up to date ( including the hot holdings )
