Routine Inspection:
- Hand washing stations (front and at 3-compartment sink) fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- All temperatures met health requirements:
Coolers (walk-in, sandwich prep, under-counter and beverage) maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius (40 degrees Fahrenheit).
Walk-in freezer temperature satisfactory.
Hot holding (soups and meatballs) maintained above 60 degrees Celsius (140 degrees Fahrenheit).
- General food storage practices good at the time of inspection:
All food items stored at least 6 inches (15 cm) off the floor.
All food items covered and protected from contamination.
Foods are organized in storage areas (cold, frozen and dry).
Prepped foods are dated in walk-in cooler.
- 3-compartment sink available for manual warewashing. Sink plugs available.
- Concentration for QUATs sanitizer at dispenser and in spray bottle = 200 ppm.
- All equipment maintained in a sanitary condition.
- General cleanliness and maintenance good at the time of inspection.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection.
